ace78 Terms & Conditions

ace78 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services offered by ace78 — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, and promotions — are subject to these Terms. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

ace78 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered users via email or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of ace78 following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use ace78, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not currently hold a self-excluded status on ace78 or have had a previous Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of an employee of ace78 or any of its affiliated companies or game-provider partners.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are currently seeking treatment for, a gambling disorder or addiction, unless you have received written medical clearance to return to gambling.

ace78 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above eligibility criteria at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Age Verification Process

Upon registration or prior to processing a first withdrawal, ace78 may require Players to submit valid identity documentation including a national identification card, passport, or birth certificate. Any Player found to be under the age of 18 will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on ace78. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. ace78 uses automated and manual detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ace78 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact ace78 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

ace78 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. All activity recorded under your Account login is your sole responsibility.

3.3 KYC Verification

ace78 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to verify their identity at registration, upon first deposit, prior to their first withdrawal, or at any point ace78 considers appropriate. KYC documents typically requested include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ace78 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card and bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits are processed in real time for mobile money methods. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be credited to your ace78 Account. ace78 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ace78 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by ace78 within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Funds are disbursed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within the same business day.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• ace78 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding ৳50,000 may be subject to enhanced verification and extended processing times.

4.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on ace78 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ace78 does not apply currency conversion charges for Players depositing in BDT. The ৳ amount you deposit is the ৳ amount credited to your Account — no hidden conversion fees apply.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The following transactions are strictly prohibited on ace78:

• Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider relating to legitimate ace78 transactions.
• Deposits or withdrawals intended to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments.

Any Account found to be involved in prohibited transactions will be suspended immediately. ace78 cooperates fully with relevant financial authorities and law enforcement in connection with any suspected financial crime.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ace78 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only — eligibility criteria are stated in each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not wagered in full by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• ace78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement specifying the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

ace78 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and employing automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ace78 system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and any other relevant details prior to confirmation. ace78 accepts no liability for bets placed in error.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. ace78 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific Players or markets at its discretion, including in response to patterns of play that suggest professional or syndicated betting activity.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including: an event being cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market outcome is determined; a material error in the published odds due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error; or where ace78 determines that a bet was placed with knowledge of an outcome that was not publicly available at the time of placement (i.e., inside information).

6.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid changes. ace78 uses automated systems to update odds in real time; however, there may be brief delays between real-world events and their reflection in the betting interface. ace78 reserves the right to suspend or close any in-play market at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games offered on ace78 — including slot games, live dealer tables, table games, and specialty games — are provided by independent certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is either published within the game interface or available upon request from ace78 Support.

6.5 Disconnections

ace78 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Player's internet connection being lost during gameplay. In the event of a disconnection, the game round will be completed according to the game provider's standard rules and the result recorded server-side. Players experiencing repeated disconnection issues are advised to contact their internet service provider.

7. Responsible Gaming

ace78 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a comprehensive range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity and stay in control. These tools are accessible directly from your Account dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits in ৳ BDT.
• Loss Limits — restrict total losses over a defined period to prevent excessive spending.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications showing your net session result.
• Cool-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours or 7 days.
• Self-Exclusion — exclude yourself from ace78 for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently.

Once a self-exclusion period has been activated, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During a self-exclusion period, ace78 will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent the Player from logging into their Account or creating a new one.

ace78 also reserves the right to impose mandatory limits or self-exclusion on any Player's Account where our responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns of play that suggest potential problem gambling — even where the Player has not requested such intervention. This is a protective measure and is not a punitive action.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ace78

ace78 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's Account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward ace78 staff or other Players.
• A Player being identified as under 18 years of age.

8.2 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ace78 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in that Account, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed and involves fraudulent activity or financial crime, ace78 may report the matter to relevant authorities and share Account information in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting ace78 Support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ace78 will notify the Account holder at their registered email address prior to the Account being classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the dormant Account's balance to cover maintenance costs. If the Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact ace78 Support.

9. Intellectual Property & General Provisions

9.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace78 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ace78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content without express written consent from ace78 is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

ace78's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ace78 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, whether or not ace78 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players agree that any dispute arising from the use of the ace78 Platform shall first be submitted to ace78's internal dispute resolution process via the Support Centre before any external recourse is pursued.

9.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that, to the greatest extent possible, reflects the original intent of the severed provision.

9.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace78 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
